SYNOPSIS

This one-day course provides an overview of project management concepts and is in alignment with PMI standards. It is suitable for project managers, those participating on projects, or for those seeking a better understanding of project management. It is recommended that a cross-functional team of various roles attend so as to get an appreciation of what is involved in project management and what key terms and processes are.
