DESCRIPTION:Topic: “What to know about the PMBOK Guide 7th edition” \nSpeaker: Tony Johnson\, the President and founder of CrosswindPM\, will be our guest speaker this month! \nTony is on the committee that is creating the 7th Edition of the PMBOK and will be there to discuss it and answer any questions you may have on it\, his company\, or even about PMP exam prep in general. Tony is also the President and co-founder of the Project Management Training Alliance\, Inc. (PMTA)\, which is a non-profit devoted to serving project management trainers. \nHere is some additional background on Tony: \nA proven leader\, business owner\, author\, trainer\, and product developer with 20+ years of experience. Industry experience includes telecom\, hardware and software development\, commerce\, marketing\, IT infrastructure and support\, financial\, and higher education. \nTony has authored 40 books since 2004 as well as numerous other learning products for various PMI and IIBA credentials. Tony has helped created over 100\,000 of the PMPs on planet earth. Tony has contributed to the last three PMBOK Guides\, program\, and portfolio management standards\, as well as being a core team member of the Seventh Edition PMBOK Guide with PMI. \nAlso possessing the following credentials PMP\, PgMP\, PfMP\, PMI-PBA\, CSP-SM\, CSP-PO\, CSPO\, CSM\, CAPM\, PMI-RMP\, PMI-SP\, Project+\, CCBA\, PMI-ACP\, CBAP. \n\nThis presentation will provide you with 1.25 PDUs from the Leadership Business leg of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®’s new Talent Triangle.
