Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Prep Training

This 2-day Scrum Training, delivered by Jochen (Joe) Krebs is a very popular and a successful way of kicking off new agile teams. Teams that experience this very hands-on and practical session together, immediately implement the concepts learned through the course in their projects. In the course participants will spend roughly 40% of their time in group or pair-exercises. Stepwise we will go through the Scrum process framework and learn by doing.

This course is in-synch with the most credible Scrum certification (PSM) in the industry and participants are invited to take the assessment after course completion.

About the Instructor

Back in 2008, Joe Krebs (www.agilecoach.com) pioneered Agile Portfolio Management, by releasing the first book about this important enterprise topic. He has delivered agile services and training courses in 46 of the 50 United States, Canada, Mexico, India, Germany, Switzerland, UK, France and Asia. In the past, he has also co-delivered the Scrum Power Pack with Ken Schwaber and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) courses with Jeff Sutherland. Joe immerses himself in client projects, leading organizational transformation projects and working with executives and agile teams alike.
