Come and network, pick up a tip or two, and have some coffee and breakfast pizza with us!

SYNOPSIS

Our AM on PM (morning on project managment) breakfast events occur each month, the second Friday of the month. The topic is based on PSA's monthly theme, which is one of the ten Knowledge Areas in the PMBOK® Guide. We will be there to network with you and to facilitate an interactive discussion on our monthly topic.

Speaker: Barb Glassman, President / CEO, G-FORCE Collaborations

Topic: "Operating Agreements ~ Building Trust and Accountability"

New project, new team, thirty days. As project lead, you need to engage the team, ensure success and navigate everything else along the way. Join this session to learn the value and importance of establishing team operating agreements. Experience firsthand this foundational process step that sets the framework for building trust and addressing accountability.

This presentation will provide you with 1.25 PDUs from the Leadership leg of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®'s new Talent Triangle. Remember that you will need EIGHT (8) of these PDUs in order to recertify for each 3 year period.
