SYNOPSIS

Our AM on PM (morning on project managment) breakfast events occur each month, the second Friday of the month. The topic is based on PSA's monthly theme, which is one of the ten Knowledge Areas in the PMBOK® Guide. We will be there to network with you and to facilitate an interactive discussion on our monthly topic.

Speaker: Al Gubiotti, PMP, VP @ Project Solvers

Topic: "Ethics workshop Part 2"

Ethical behavior and ethics in general of late of have come to the forefront of our business and government actions (read the news lately). Ethics is a major subject in the PMP exam and other exams issued by professional associations. We need to hold ourselves to the three major ethical process, Utilitarianism, Justice and Rights. We will be discussing these processes via a mini case on Plant Automation and through the combined knowledge in the room discuss these case and assist all in a better understanding of how important Ethics plays in our daily lives. We will be breaking down in teams and let the games begin!!

This presentation will provide you with 1.25 PDUs from the Leadership leg of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®'s new Talent Triangle. Remember that you will need EIGHT (8) of these PDUs in order to recertify for each 3 year period.
